The Lim Festival takes place every year on 13th day of the 1st lunar month in three communes: Noi Due, Lien Bao and Lim. Lim hill in the village Lim is the centre of the festival. The Lim Festival is regarded as a special cultural activity in the north. “quan ho”folk song, noted as a World Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO, plays an especially prominent role and holds a unique place in both local and national cultures.
