Hung Temple Festival

Since 2007, King Hung’s anniversary has been a National Festival. Hung Temple Festival is held annually on the 10^th of the third lunar month to worship the Hung Kings, who were instrumental in founding our nation. The festival is also a time for Vietnamese to honor the legend of Lac Long Quan and Au Co. Hung temple is a scared historical and culturally rich site with many activities such as: the lion dance, xoan singing, chung cake, giay cake wrapping contests and so forth.
