“Shared Joy, Shared Future”: Children from ASEAN and China Jointly Celebrated ASEAN-China Children’s Day 2025

On May 31 2025, the ASEAN-China Centre (ACC) successfully held the “ASEAN-China Children’s Day 2025: Shared Joy, Shared Future” in Beijing. The Secretary General Shi Zhongjun of the ACC, the Deputy Chief of Mission Norfarina Mohd Azmee of the Malaysian Embassy in China, representatives of AMS Embassies, 50 children from ASEAN countries and China, along with their parents, around 120 people in total, participated in the event. The Event featured a variety of cultural performances, interactive games as well as creative workshops, and it ended in a warm and harmonious atmosphere filled by children’s laughter and joy, as the children explored each other’s traditions, made new friends, and celebrated the spirit of unity.
